Long Exposure times are an advantage for pinhole pictures for creative shots.
The celebration is the 220 anniversary of the founding of the City of Santa Barbara, California. The camera used was an PinPLUS 64 mm, with 90 degree of view on Polaroid size prints. Passing by are the descendents of the Spanish soldiers, that were garrisoned at the Santa Barbara Royal Presidio of Santa Barbara in the uniform of the day.
